AskEldervisor policies

Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

The short version

  • We collect what you give us (like your name, email and quiz answers) and what is needed to deliver what you buy or book.
  • We use it to send what you asked for, run your purchases and calls, and send our emails. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • If you share details about your parent's health or care, we use them only to help you, and we keep them confidential.

Who we are

AskEldervisor is owned and operated by Bahamia Bailey ("AskEldervisor," "we," "us" or "our"). Our mailing address is 11352 West State Road 84 #93, Davie, FL 33325. This policy explains what we collect when you use www.askeldervisor.com, take our quiz, join our emails, buy a product, book a call or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us.

  • Your name and email address when you join The Keeper's Letter, request a roadmap or buy something.
  • Your quiz answers and result, so we can send the roadmap and emails written for your Anchor type.
  • Billing details at checkout, such as your name, email, country and customer type. Card and payment details go straight to our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Booking details for calls, and anything you share in an intake form, on a call or by email. This can include information about your parent or family member's health, care, living situation or finances.
  • Your replies to our emails and any feedback or testimonial you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site platform records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and whether you opened or clicked an email. Cookies and similar tools help pages work, remember your checkout and keep you logged in to products you bought.

Information about your parent or family

Caring for a parent means sharing personal details about someone else. Please share only what you need to get help, and only what you are comfortable sharing. We use it only to prepare for, deliver and follow up on the service you asked for, and we do not share it except with the services needed to run that service (for example, our booking and video tools). We are not a health care provider to you or your family member, but we treat this information as confidential.

How we use your information

  • Deliver what you asked for: your roadmap, products, course login, bookings and call recaps.
  • Send The Keeper's Letter, a short welcome series and occasional offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Process payments, send receipts and handle customer service.
  • Understand what is helpful so we can improve our content and products.
  • Protect against fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run AskEldervisor, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Systeme.io for our website, email, checkout, course access and booking calendar.
  • Stripe and Klarna to process payments.
  • Zoom or your phone carrier for calls.
  • Google when you make your own copy of a Google Doc or Sheet included with a product.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Advertising and analytics

We do not currently use advertising pixels on our site. If we add tools such as a Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our ads, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are subscribed or a customer, and afterward only as long as needed for the purposes above, for our records, or as required by law (for example, tax records).

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
  • Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Some information may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some pages, like checkout, may not work without them.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us and we will respond within the time your state's law requires.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send information you consider highly sensitive (like Social Security or account numbers) by email or in a form.

Children

AskEldervisor is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will let subscribers know by email.
